Christmas Market

This weekend we will once again be hosting our anual christmas market. The market will be open between 12:00 and 19:00 both on Satarday and Sunday (16th & 17th).

Apart from several good stalls selling jewellery, ceramics, clothes and all those strange and wonderful hand-made accessories you’d expect from a good market, we will offer the following additional attractions:

Café: with excellent cakes, soup, gløgg, mulled wine and roast chestnuts!

Performance by The Underberg Herbgirl Dancegarden for children/ families: This is the premier of a new production by the company, entitled “Pusten danser, sangen min løper”. The Underberg Herbgirl Dancegarden was involved with Norsk Kulturråds “Klangfugl” project developing art for children aged three years and under. This is their third children’s performance and is suitable for children of all ages, although particularly for the young ones. Live music and dance. Times: 13:00 and 15:00 (both days) Price: NOK 50,- for adults as for children (free for children under 1 year).

Raffle: Support the arts centre, and give yourself the chance of winning one of several attractive prizes including a course of your choice at Bergen Dansesenter, ceramics, poetry book….
