Ny runde Søndagskrydder-matpakke på Wrap!

Førstkommende søndag, 20.juni, gjentar vi suksessen med Søndagskrydder-matpakke på Wrap. Det blir kokkekurs med Roy Lervåg kl 12.30; kr 230,- per deltaker. Vi tar for oss hyggemat fra Midtøsten, såkalt Meze,som er det arabiske svaret på tapas. Vi prøver ut litt av den vegetariske delen, og den litt mer kjøttfulle.
Påmelding innen 18.juni til Det blir servering av godsakene fra kokkekurset kl. 15.00; kr 130,- per matpakke og kr 80,- for barn, konsert med Wraps husband, og bar og spill som passer for alle aldre før vi avslutter det hele kl. 18.00.

Workshop på Wrap 26-27 juni

Fra tilfeldige elementer til stemningsfulle univers Denne workshopen er inspirert av Nature Theatre of Oklahoma og ulike egne erfaringer. Bruker lyd, musikk, og dialog / tekst rippet fra film-scener som deltakerne tar med seg. Ved hjelp av en leken og improvisatorisk avvikling av video på lerret og lydfiler som sendes til individuelle utøvere via trådløs, “in ear” monitor, skapes en uforutsigbar situasjon. Utøvernes utfordring er å bevare sin bestemte karakter og troverdighet, selv i et skiftende og abstrakt univers. I løpet av to dager blir strategiene tilspisset, og et abstract, men atmosfærisk univers utviklet. Utøverne får sjanse til å trekke seg tilbake innemellom og observere hverandre. Begge dager vil det være en leken oppvarming for å komme i stemning.

Siden sist har Frikar og Dukkenikkerne jobbet på Wrap med sine respektive Festspillforestillinger, Transiteatret har hatt innkjøringsperiode på sin siste forestilling og Johnny Kampus and the Super Happy Fun Fun Family har spilt inn sin demo i musikkstudioet her på Wrap. http://www.myspace.com/johnnykampusband

Sunday Spice – lunch pack at Wrap revisited!

This coming Sunday, June 20th, we are repeating the successful event Sunday Spice-lunch pack at Wrap. There will be a cookery course with Roy Lervåg at 12.30; Price NOK 230,- per participant. This time we are making meze! Sign up by June 18th ; Serving of the delicious mouthfuls from the course takes place at 3.00pm. Price NOK 130,- per lunch pack NOK 80,- for children, concert by Wrap´s in house band, and bar and games to suit all, before ending the event at 6.00pm.

Workshop at Wrap 26th-27th of June

From random elements to riveting universes. This workshop is inspired by Nature Theatre of Oklahoma as well as different personal experiences. Uses sound, music and dialog/text ripped from film-scenes brought by the participants. By the use of a playful and improvisational process where video is shown on a screen at the same time as sound files are sent to the participants through a wireless in-ear monitor, an unpredictable situation is created. The challenge for the participants lies in staying in character and keeping their credibility even if the universe they find themselves in changes drastically. Over the two days we will sharpen the strategies, and an abstract yet atmospheric universe is developed. The participants are given the opportunity to draw back an observe each other. Both days will start off with a playful warm-up to get in the right state of mind.

These past weeks have seen Frikar and Dukkenikkerne working on their Bergen International Festival – performances, Transiteatret have worked on their latest performance, and Johnny Kampus and the Super Happy Fun Fun Family have recorded their demo in our music studio. http://www.myspace.com/johnnykampusband
